Delivery.

We deliver nationally ,normally within 7days from completion of order.

Returns.

All full priced items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and all non-full priced items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.

Refunds from within the UK are free of cost. If you want to return a package, please email us with proof of postage cost, and we will issue a payment for you in the claimed amount. EU and International refunds and exchanges are non-refundable. The postage will be at the cost of the customer.

Purchases must be returned exactly how they arrived. Please ensure that items are returned with security tag intact, in their original packaging, and proof of purchase with a clearly written RAN number provided by Silver Pet Paws LTD..

Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for bespoke commissioned pieces, Resin filled paws. However, if the item is found to be faulty, Silver Pet Paws LTD. reserves the right to repair the item first or re-make the item for you.

Exchanges.

Exchanges are possible within 30 days of original purchase, and only if products are available. Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned item has been received in the appropriate condition. Please note that there are no exchanges for made to order items (bespoke commissions, or resin filled paws)
